Global Voices 2024: BIPO’s Vision for the Future of HR in a Globalised World

SINGAPORE – October 18, 2024

BIPO, a global leader in payroll and people solutions, hosted its inaugural Global Voices 2024 in Shanghai. Over 400 guests, including C-suite executives, senior HR leaders, and business professionals from various industries, attended the event.  

The keynote address by Mr. Lin Hua, Director of the Human Resources Market Management Division and Second-Level Inspector of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, set the stage for high-level discussions on international collaboration and globalisation as BIPO’s global leaders and clients explored innovative solutions to modern HR challenges. 

Focusing on global HR solutions, Global Voices 2024 also featured exhibition booths showcasing key regions: North Asia, Southeast Asia & Oceania, Singapore and Indochina, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, and Central Asia. Guests engaged with BIPO’s Country Managers to explore regional insights and discuss cross-border HR strategies. 

Reflecting on the event, BIPO’s CEO Michael Chen remarked, “Global Voices 2024 reinforces our dedication to innovation and collaboration. It shines a spotlight on how AI, advanced HR technology, and our global network address today’s global HR complexities.”  

Adding to the occasion was a collaboration with Pernod Ricard, which unveiled the custom cocktail, “Blue Voyage Marvel.” Inspired by companies on their globalisation journey overseas and BIPO’s signature blue, the unique cocktail symbolises the trust and loyalty BIPO builds with its clients worldwide. 

Global Voices 2024 was a gathering of international partners and a forward-looking platform. The cross-cultural dialogues and expert insights helped participants envision new possibilities in HR management amidst the complexities of globalisation.
